Combine jasmine rice and chicken broth in instant pot.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 9 minutes, making sure the pressure release valve is set to "seal".
No natural release needed, you can switch the pressure valve to "vent" and let the pressure release. Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Tip: Start with cold/room temperature water, just so it standardizes the time it takes to cook the rice. If start with warm or hot water, it could overcook.
