  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 3 cup water or chicken broth

Instructions

  • Combine jasmine rice and chicken broth in instant pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 9 minutes, making sure the pressure release valve is set to "seal".
  • No natural release needed, you can switch the pressure valve to "vent" and let the pressure release. Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Tip: Start with cold/room temperature water, just so it standardizes the time it takes to cook the rice. If start with warm or hot water, it could overcook.
