Christmas Mug Cake
Eggnog Mug Cake is a light and fluffy Christmas mug cake, comes together in a few minutes and is SIX ingredients! It's the perfect snack for the holidays!

- 3 Tablespoons Eggnog
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
optional topping:
- whipped cream
- cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In an 8 oz (at least) microwave safe mug, combine eggnog, vanilla, and sugar.
- On top of wet ingredients, combine flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt. Mix until combined and no flour pockets left. Don't over mix.
- Microwave for one minute and 15 seconds.
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!
Notes
For extra goodness, add 2 Tablespoons of any kind of chocolate chip. white chocolate, dark chocolate , mint, every kind is good!
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, strawberries if you're feeling adventurous.
