Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Eggnog
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
In an 8 oz (at least) microwave safe mug, combine eggnog, vanilla, and sugar.
On top of wet ingredients, combine flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt. Mix until combined and no flour pockets left. Don't over mix.
Microwave for one minute and 15 seconds.
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!
For extra goodness, add 2 Tablespoons of any kind of chocolate chip. white chocolate, dark chocolate , mint, every kind is good!
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, strawberries if you're feeling adventurous.
